  1. Greetings: Thank you for the invitation & overview process. Do you lend in all 50 States? Can you supply lists of buyers & contractors. How much is your interest rate? Is there an up front charge for your assistance? If so, this means I have zero chance to go forward.

    Found a bank-owned property. It’s a 3/2, 1,288 square feet. This property needs a full rehab, but the numbers are still good.
    Price $9,500
    Rehab cost $44,000
    Quick sale price $116,000
    Profit $62,500
    (FYI: closing & carrying costs are included in these calculations.)
    A similar home nearby was recently rehabbed & is under contract for $$104,900

    Could you help me with this property from the beginning through the end. I do not have the experience to handle this alone. Can you help.

      you can enter this deal into our Advanced Deal Analysis software to see what information that gives you – if you’ve truly no money you’ll probably need to find a partner- real estate investing is a business just like any other, and there are costs not covered by financing

Will your business require the best of credit and will our social security number be tampered with for approval? Please give us information on how we can get started and become successful in this.

    1. we don’t require “best credit” and we do guard your personal information. Not sure what you mean by “tampered with”? Like any lender we look at credit, but we don’t “do” anything with your credit. If you’d like to get started one of our team can answer questions specific to your situation – remember though that real estate investing is hard work and carries some risk, it’s a business like any other, not a hobby
