He had to completely gut the house to make it inhabitable. He performed a remarkable rehab on this home and we were able to fund 100% of the property purchase price and rehab costs, as well as 36% of the closing costs. He purchased the property for an amazing price – only $64,000, and provided only $5,548 cash to close to make the deal work!

Jesse did a complete remodel of this three bedroom rambler. This home was in an ideal cul-de-sac in the Lakewood Commons development, conveniently close to freeways, transportation and shopping. The home was in rough shape – all of the wiring had been stolen out of it and there were over 300 holes in the drywall throughout the property. Not only did he do these extensive repairs, but completely gutted the kitchen, adding new appliances, flooring, cabinets, counter tops and lighting.
