Since you are here, let me give you an overview to the answer for that specific question. First let’s start off by explaining the mindset of the seasoned real estate vet.
Most of them are at the point where they want to take the path of least resistance. What I mean by that is they want minimal work. Most of them have a team of people that typically include a real estate agent that is finding the properties for them.
Think about it, real estate agents are going to be looking for properties on the MLS – so if you are searching there for properties, you are going to come up against a lot of competition. And you’ll probably get your pants kicked in.
You have to get creative in the ways that you find real estate investment properties – that’s the only way you can eliminate the stiff competition. There’s plenty of different strategies that you can use to attract people to you.
