Return & Refund Policy

We have multiple products and services that we deliver to clients. Below you will find our returns and refund policies for each:

Books, home study courses and coaching programs

We incur a heavy cost to deliver these items to our customers. All sales for these products and services are considered final. No refunds or returns will be accepted for any of these products and services.

As a convenience to our members of our coaching programs we do use a technology known as a "one click" sales button. In the event that you inadvertantly click one of those buttons and inform us within 24 hours, we will promptly refund any fees charged for coaching.

Membership programs

When you enroll in the Real Estate Millions Diamond Program, you are pre-paying for 30 days access into this program and for the services rendered under it. The Real Estate Millions Diamond Program is a recurring billing program and you will be billed on or around every 30 days.

If you enroll and decide that this program is not for you, it can be canceled at any time by yourself via the cancellation link within the member's site.

All cancellation requests are processed instantly and documented inside each customer's record. However, this will only prevent the next month's billing from being charged and will not entitle you to any refund, partial or otherwise, for the current month of service. There are absolutely no refunds for this service once payment is made.

If a cancellation request is made prior to the next billing date and a billing inadvertently occurs, we will process a refund for the amount in question. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

If there is no supporting documentation of a cancellation request prior to the billing date, no refund will be given.

If you cancel your membership in the middle of a billing cycle, you will receive access to the membership site until the end of your billing cycle and then your access will terminate.

Evaluation fees

We provide a 4 business day guarantee for delivery of a pre-approved loan amount for all applicants.

If we are unable to meet that guarantee, we will provide a full refund of the evaluation fees paid at the customer's request.
