To get your loan funded we have to have to get evaluations completed. The cost of evaluations is $550.00. The evaluations are a process and you can see by clicking the flowcharts below all that is include in the process. The evaluation fee includes four reports that you will be receiving. Copies of the reports you can see by clicking on the What I Get For $550 button below and you can also view samples of the reports on the right. We have also include a Timeline of our process from beginning to end below.

Due to the nature and speed that evaluations are done in, we are not able to cancel an evaluation order. Once the order is placed there cannot be any refund. We cannot change orders once you place them. When an order is placed upon the approval of your credit card, the evaluation process is started and cannot be stopped. PLEASE make sure the property address is correct for the subject property. Partial refunds cannot be given either. By approving below you agree and understand that No refunds can be given whatsoever.

Very Important Note…
You as the client must understand at some point in the evaluation process it may become necessary at the discretion of DoHardMoney.com to have multiple evaluators inspect the interior and exterior of the property. If this is the case it is your responsibility as the client to coordinate and make access available to the evaluators. The evaluators will go out to the property at separate times. Failure to provide access will slow down or stop the process immediately.
