At the time of Application a fee of $550 must be paid. This fee is for two separate evaluations. The cost strictly pays for the two separate evaluations to be completed on the property. The evaluations are done by an independent third party company using their independent evaluators.

Due to the nature and Speed the evaluations are done in, we are not able to cancel an evaluation order. Once the order is placed there cannot be any refund. We cannot change orders once you place them. When an order is placed and your credit card is approved, it goes immediately to the independent evaluator in a separate location. PLEASE make sure property address is correct for the subject property. No refunds can be given whatsoever.
