Today I want to tell you the true story of someone who exemplifies the typical investor who comes to DoHardMoney.com looking for unsecured loans.

Back in 1999 a guy I know had a dream to become a real estate investor. He had been in a really successful business the year before that was totally destroyed by bad decisions made from his business partner.

That left him broke and with terrible credit. However, he was not going to let that keep him from achieving his dreams in real estate.

He borrowed money from family to buy up courses from so called gurus - some information was good, much of it was bad.

But he learned enough and was in a position where he had to take action. After much searching, he found a good property and needed an unsecured loan from a private investor.

Thankfully he found the money he needed to get the deal done. This first investment was a success! He made over $10,000 and quickly started his next project.

He kept doing project after project because he was profiting so much with each one... all the while he was documenting, building and refining systems for every step of the process.

Even though he was getting tons of deals done, making incredible money and had great systems for finding, buying, rehabbing and selling homes...

... he still had troubles getting the unsecured loans needed to finance these projects consistently.
