REAL ESTATE COACHING
I'm a huge sports fan.
I just love all the aspects of competition... the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat.
But the main reason that I enjoy sports so much has to do with how they mimic real life.
Let me explain.
You see, in order to be good at sports, you have to practice - over and over and over again. Occasionally some freak of nature shows up with insane natural ability that doesn't need to work to become great.
However that's really rare. The vast majority need to work hard to get to the top.
And they NEVER get there by themselves. They ALWAYS have a coach.
Now I want to let you in on a little secret...
It's the same way with real estate investors. The ones who are ultra successful, the ones who are making the BIG money, are always working with someone giving them real estate coaching. Especially in the beginning of their careers.
I'll tell you right now that I've worked with several people as my real estate mentor over the years and I've found that I make less mistakes when I have an objective set of eyes looking at what I'm doing.
Through real estate coaching you can reach success. Here's ways your coach can help you:
- Give you all the knowledge and resources you need to properly evaluate properties for real estate investment purposes.
- Help you to negotiate with banks and sellers.
- Help you find money to get deals closed.
- Help you find quality contractors.
- Help you make sure that rehab work gets done on time and under budget.
- Help you to prep the house for quick resale at maximum value.
- Help you understand pricing strategies.
- And much, much more!
If you are looking for real estate investment coaching, I may have the solution for you. I've made room to take on a small handful of clients to work with them one on one through my real estate coaching programs.
But before I get into the details of what you get from me as your real estate mentor, let me share with you a case study from one of my clients.
I want to introduce to you a real American Hero - Nathan Stevens.
Nathan is from the Phoenix, AZ area and is currently serving our country in Afghanistan. He found DoHardMoney.com in April of 2011 from his computer in Afghanistan and had absolutely ZERO experience investing in real estate.
Nathan is one of those people who doesn't have time to mess around, so he knew that if he wanted to be a quick success, he needed real estate investment coaching.
Within 2 months of following the real estate coaching advice I gave him, he had not one, but TWO properties under contract - one of which will make him just over $28,000 when all is settled and done!
Here's what he had to say after he started working with me:
"Speaking with Ryan about DoHardMoney.com's real estate coaching program cleared all doubt that I can be successful by following his advice. He's truly an inspiration to all those who have a dream of being a successful real estate investor. Thanks, Ryan."
As I said earlier, I only have openings for five people in my real estate coaching program at a time. In any given month, I may have some, all or none of those spots filled.
But more importantly, I don't want to be a real estate mentor to everyone. I only want to work with people who are serious about profiting from real estate investing within 3-5 months.
That's why I've put together an application process for anyone who wants to be a part of my unique real estate coaching program.
