Ryan was awarded the State of Utah Young Entrepreneur award in 1996. He has been published in the Utah Career Guide, Desert News, The Salt Lake Tribune, and KSL Channel 5 TV. He has also been featured as a guest speaker for all Utah teachers. Ryan has started, operated, and sold two profitable Utah corporations. Ryan holds a bachelors degree in marketing and management. Ryan was accepted into the prestigious MIT University Entrepreneurial Master Program. Only 60 Entrepreneurial worldwide are accepted annually in to this exclusive program annually. Ryan began his career in real estate by working in the mortgage industry. Ryan was nominated for Real Estate Rookie of the year his first year in business by the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. Ryan has vast experience in real estate transactions. Ryan has underwritten, prepared and approved closing documents are, and funded hundreds of loans. One of Ryan’s companies won Best of State 2009, one of Utah’s most prestigious awards. Ryan is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization www.eonetwork.org. This global organization is a network of business owners with combined revenue in excess of 20 Billion. Ryan participated on the Utah Chapter Board and directs and leads this organization as the Forum Chair and the New Member Representative. Ryan has been featured on K-Talk 630 AM radio The Voice of Utah station as an expert in Real Estate. Ryan is an author and a speaker on many aspects of real estate. Ryan enjoys boating and being on the water with friends. Ryan has successfully completed several triathlons largest of which was a the Full Ironman completed 2009 in Tempe Arizona.. Ryan resides in Herriman Utah and is married to his lovely wife Hillaree who is a real estate broker

SALES MANAGER/ OPERATIONS PRESIDENT
Keith has been working in Real Estate lending Industry for more than 26 years. He has literally done everything there is to do in the lending realm. Keith has been controller for a major company. He has been a Mortgage Broker, a mortgage processor, and underwriter, a wholesale broker, a collections Manager, secondary marketing manager, department manager, regional manager and many other positions. Keith has operated and owned his own Mortgage Brokerage firm that specialized in helping real estate investors. Besides his family, Keith’s main interest is Harleys with a side interest in basketball as a fan and loves to watch and compete in basketball on all levels.

Stacy

OFFICE MANAGER
Stacy has been working in this career for over 10 years and comes from a varied background. She is an A+ certified technician for computer hardware and has attended the University of Utah for Computer Science and Business Administration. She has worked in the computer technology and administrative field for over 14 years. She holds several business certifications in business writing, accounting, training, HTML, and Microsoft and Adobe software.

Wasif

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Wasif has a Masters degree in Business Administration with specialization in Information Technology and Marketing. He has completed his graduation in Computer Sciences before doing his MBA. He has worked on different Business Applications and Internet Marketing projects.He will manage DHM`s Marketing Function

SEARCH MARKETER
Zack has a BBA-Marketing degree. He has worked in an ice cream company as Area Sales Manager. He is working with DoHardMoney.com for 6 months. His duties involve promoting DHM over internet.

Kamran

Customer Relations
Kamran is a Social Sciences graduate. He promotes DHM through Social Media websites. He works on building long-term relationships with DHM’s customers and partners.

Aasma

Customer Relations
Aasma has a Masters degree in Business Administration with specialization in marketing. She follows up DHM`s customers and partners. She is in charge of the CRM solution DHM has implemented to stay in touch with its customers.

Ali

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER
Ali is a Computer Science graduate with about 4 years of experience of Web Applications and Website development. He will fulfill DHM`s Information Technology needs like developing and maintaining websites and integrating/developing different Business Application modules to improve company`s business processes and its online existence.

Farrukh

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
Farrukh is a Computer Sciences graduate. He has an aggregate experience of one and half years in software and website development. He manages DHM`s website and technicalities involved in its overall online existence.

Dave has had decades of experience work with the Media.
