I certified that a Realtor/MLS keybox is on the property and no code is required to enter the home Error- Due to the speed and nature of Evaluation process we are unable to call. Please enter the Code for the contractors Key box or Location for the Hidden Key so our evaluators can enter the property directly. Note- Due to the speed that the evaluations have to be completed in, we are unable to give ANY advance notice. It is your obligation as the borrower, to make the occupants of the residence aware that someone, CAN BE MULTIPLE PEOPLE AT DIFFERENT TIMES, will be stopping by that needs to see every room. Our evaluators will knock or ring the doorbell prior to entering the premises. The occupant may not be relied upon for access to the property, a key box or hidden key MUST be provided.

Note- Under no circumstance will we call ANY person for access to the property. The evaluators are under a strict timetable to have these reports returned to DHM, therefore must gain access to the property by only one of the three methods chosen above. If there is a tenant on the premise the agent will be courteous and knock prior to entering but it is YOUR responsibility as the borrower to make sure the tenant is aware that there can me MULTIPLE agents visiting the property and they must be allowed entry to the premises. As soon as the application is submitted the evaluators are contacted. So please be prepared for this action to occur. All agents are licensed with the State and a thorough background check is applied.
