We offer Classifieds for FREE. Why do we do this? We want to help establish a community where real estate investors can come and work and network together. DoHardMoney.com Classifieds offers posting for two categories 1. Properties and 2. Service Providers.

PROPERTIES

To post a property on the Classifieds it has to be a “Good Deal”. Basically Retail listings are not accepted. It has to be a property that a real estate investor would be interested in. This could be a property that is being wholesaled, or could be a “subject to” property, or a property that is taking seller finance. The bottom line is that has to be a good deal for a real estate investor. We are not a site for homeowners and retail buyers. So retail listings are not accepted. This will help you network with other real estate investors and also have a national site where you can communicate with other real estate investors. We realize that successful real estate investors “specialize”. An investor my specialize on an area or on a kind of home. An investor may even specialize in finding properties but may not want to take the time, risk and expertise in doing a remodel. As real estate investors work together rather than against each other everyone is able to benefit. “All boats rise in a high tide”. Also knowing what you are good at doing and what other people are good at doing will have a major impact on you real estate investing. Do what you are good at, find others that are good at things that you are not. That is the purpose behind the Free Classifieds it is for investors to profit in working with each other.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

DoHardMoney.com provides FREE classifieds for service providers to post their services. We allow “discount” service providers to post information about the service they provide. As a service provider if you drive a $50,000 pick up truck you need not apply. Real Estate investors can bring consistency and continuous work to service providers. In turn Real Estate investors are looking for the lowest prices possible with decent quality work. We ask the service providers post if they can offer “discounts” to real estate investors and also if they feel their work is done at rock bottom price. Retail service providers that can provide good prices for Real Estate Investors should not have to market to get new business; so you can offer better prices for real estate investors.
